PCS was renovated in 2018 to become a new, inspiring, innovative and practical space, making it a fun environment where students can learn and play.
Inside our campus we have just what we need and more:
* Sports Fields are open for ALL PCS students from Monday to Friday between 9h till 16h00.
At PCS two swimming pool are available for pupils use. Swimming pools open the door for sports opportunities that can be enjoyed throughout the year. Whether a beginner or an experienced swimmer, PCS has two swimming pools that can meet all pupils ages needs, our pools allow every student to enjoy aquatic activities during physical education class. In addition to regular physical education classes, students can enjoy extracurricular activities.
Your child may be naturally drawn to water — but it can also be a dangerous and life threatening experience if he/she is not trained in water safety. Learning the basic fundamentals of swimming during PE class or in an after-school program assures you that she is engaging in a safe aquatic experience. Once he/she learns to float, the instructor can move on to breathing lessons and how to hold their breath properly underwater. These are the starting points for learning the basics of how to paddle, swim and participate in aquatic activities. Not only will proper aquatic training teach your child how to swim, training and water safety helps save lives.
Technology plays a major role in the twenty-first century education. The new model of integrating technology into the curriculum means that computers are on demand throughout the school day.
A separate indoor play area provides a safe atmosphere for our young pupils. Soft sand play area and equipment provide a variety of activities for the students to be occupied with on their break time and after school hours.
The school recommends that all pupils bring packed lunches to school and eat communally in the canteen.
We operate a healthy eating policy, so we ask parents not to pack: crisps, fizzy drinks, cake, chocolate or sweets. Pupils are recommended to bring a piece of fruit to eat at morning break time. An additional piece of fruit can be brought if pupils are attending after-school classes and activities.
Typical lunches include sandwiches, salads, cold meats, sliced vegetables and dips. In winter some children like to bring a thermos to school with hot soup or pasta. Warming facilities are available at the school but parents are asked to ensure that they pack any necessary cutlery.
PCS is delighted to provide a balanced and nutritious HALAL lunches for the children. The menu, which you can download here serves as a general guide to the range of healthy and tasty meals served on a monthly basis all of which are very popular with the children.
It will be necessary to fill in a form at the reception and pay the necessary fee for your child to enjoy this service.
At the Canteen area, your child will be served hot, fresh variety of food. We consider good nutrition to be essential to our pupils’ health and well-being, our school meals are freshly prepared on a daily basis using top quality, wholesome ingredients.
To encourage student interest in programs of physical education, a range of sports facilities are available that include indoor sports fields that is suitable for basketball, tennis, football and volleyball.
